Our team of talented deliverers all come from a solid business background – they are not simply trainers. Our facilitators all specialise and manage their own part of the programme and our coaches all have a rich experience on which to draw. They are all professionally qualified.

 Peter Burnet

 

Peter is the founder of this highly successful business development and training company. In 1992 he founded The Peplow Group – one of the UK’s leading team development and coaching organisations. Peter led an international sales team for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office through the late 1980s. Having established The Peplow Group, he spent 8 months as an interim CEO with a technology plc, before returning to consultancy. Peter’s skills as a facilitator and coach are now in great demand with clients from both the public and private sector.

 Sue Lawton

 The success of Sue’s approach is largely due to her reputation for improving performance through informative and highly creative training and development programmes. She joined the Peplow Group in 2004. A former Human Resource Manager with a large national retailer, Sue has had extensive experience working with over 1000 delegates from both public and private sector organisations. She has a Certificate in Education and Post Graduate Qualifications in both Human Resource Management and Employee Development.

Peter Morris.

Peter is a training and education specialist with extensive experience in the training needs analysis, design, development, management, accreditation and delivery of training. He joins as the newest of eight talented facilitators that make up the Peplow delivery team. He has built, led, coached and managed effective teams and encouraged individual and team development through communication, innovation, ownership and delegation. He has previously set up and ran a successful management development training company with clients including Coopers & Lybrand, Sony Music Entertainment, Phillips and Duracell.

Liz Waltham

Specialising in managing change and problem solving, coaching managers and directors to equip them with the skills and confidence to manage their staff, Liz Waltham helps clients to achieve profit targets through a motivated and capable management team. Coaching meetings often involve going ‘back to basics’, Liz says; learning how to manage and motivate through effective business planning, setting targets and objectives, budgeting, measuring performance and successful delegation, from the top down. She has held a variety of senior management positions in first tier automotive, manufacturing, and logistics organisations. This includes managing teams of staff across logistics, planning, purchasing and supply chain functions, including management of change.

Peter MacDonald.

Peter MacDonald is a highly effective and professional facilitator with extensive experience developed over 29 years of hands on consultancy, design and delivery. He has exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, a flair for innovation and a passion for training & development. He has worked with Peplow since 2007 delivering programmes to clients such as Yuill Homes, Border Construction and Ricoh UK Products. He is a full member of CIPD and the Institute of IT trainers. He is married and lives in Telford.
