The Wrekin Housing Trust is one of the largest independent housing providers in the Midlands and owns and manages over 11,000 properties in the Telford and Wrekin Local Authority area. They employ 460 people.
In 2008 they embarked on a Leadership and Management development programme for all 108 of their managers. As a part of the programme they undertook the MAP assessment to identify their individual needs before choosing from a menu of Workshops, self study and CMI qualifications. 55 of the Trust’s managers gained a recognised qualification.
