The Peplow Group has designed and delivered their management academy to over 20 organisations in the Construction industry. We have worked with Directors groups – helping to set strategic direction, Middle managers to establish cross functional teams – focusing on managing the day to day and Site managers groups – focusing on delivery and customer satisfaction.
Workshops are based around Construction related examples – working with sub contractors, establishing effective supply chains and building a low carbon industry.
We tend to work with groups from one organisation at a time so we can help to address their specific challenges.
