Planning underway for 2012 Academy

Racing faces some significant challenges. These will require a positive and sustained response from all parts of the Industry. Increasing the effectiveness of management is critical to the success of this response. This programme has shown already that it can make a significant contribution to meeting these challenges.  

The British Racing School have teamed up with the Peplow Group to provide meaningful, results driven management training, specific to the racing industry. Now in its third year, the Academy has proved to be a huge success, delivering measurable results.

Individuals are therefore able to plan, choose and commit to various activities that are designed to meet their exact individual needs. For many there will be a requirement for new ideas, tools or techniques.
