This Instrument is designed to give you an insight into your style when dealing with others and learning new skills. In the group of words that follow, allocate a number to each word to reflect how well it describes you.
There are ten groups of four words, reading accross from left to right. In each group, allocate a 4 to the word that best characterises you, a 3 to the next best, a 2 to the next best and 1 to the word that is least descriptive of you. Please put a number in every box. Here is an example:
